Project AdministratorLocation: Weybridge, Surrey (Office Based)Key skills are:• Experience in HR and systems• Previously worked with PMOADMThe Prax Group refines and blends physical oil to regional, market and customer specification in strategically located terminals and warehouses around the world. We operate efficient, safe, and high-quality logistics, moving oil by barge, truck, rail, pipeline,and vessel in support of our core activities and for third parties. At the last count, we have 1540 employees in 12 offices across 7 countries.What you will be doing:You will be accountable for the delivery of HR Technology Projects and/or Programmes, or the administrative initiatives within the teams to support the Project Managersactivities and the different stakeholders across the Prax Group.You will administrate change initiation, design and delivery and are accountable for working with the overall Programme / IT Management / HR Management on successfully delivering projects, programmes, or initiatives ensuring benefits realisation.You will run projects, globally, across the Praxgroups HR business areas and Technology domains.This role will carry out some or all the following activities:• Assist HRISin identifying and implementing opportunities for change and innovation• Contribute to the programme strategy and the programme approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes• Assistthe business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that Technology teams can deliver via respective backlogs with minimum cross product co-ordination• Assist with delivery, governance & reporting to stakeholders including the Product Owner in the business, Head of a Service line or Product within the Technology• Assistthe use of Agile methodologies within Technology teams (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) in line with corresponding transformation frameworks at the bank• Ensuring that all Technology practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the Programme• Support or manage programme or team budgets, including headcount and software delivery capitalisation• Provide the reporting of progress, issues, dependencies and tomaintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation• General Admin support, including support on resourcingWhat you will bring to the role:Technical background of a wide range of modules within SAP Success Factors, with solid experience across the below modules:• Project Administration experience in the deployment and/or integration of HR Systems/Processesis desirable• Practical experience of Agile methodologiesOther skills required:• Effective communication and documentation skills• Demonstration of creative thinking mindset in problem-solving and issue/risks• Ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities and resilienceThe PackageAs well as your salary, here are just some of the things you can expect when working as part of our team here:
