Job Description

Junior Sous Chef - Weybridge - live inWe are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade to deliver amazing quality 2 AA Rosette standard dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.The PlaceOur client is a modern boutique hotel on the outskirts of Weybridge with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant and luxurious rooms and suites. The hotel boasts a stunning restaurant and bar along with various meetings and events spaces, along with state of the art spaand gym facilities.The PerksThe Junior Sous Chef will receive:

  • A competitive salary of up to £30,000 dependent on experience + service charge and tips
  • Bonus payments at completion of 3 and 6 months service
  • A full time contract for 48 hours over 5 days/week shift system including weekends and bank holidays

The PersonThe Junior Sous Chef will have:
  • Experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a fresh food environment, ideally at 2 AA Rosette level
  • A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes
  • Dedication, motivation and positivity
  • Flexibility to cover shifts as required
  • As the hotel is located on the outskirts of Weybridge, having your own reliable transport is essential if not living in
