Following a recent internal promotion, we have a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished marketing professional to build and deliver the brand plans for our market leading Butter, Spreads and Oil portfolio (Country Life, Clover, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly,Willow & Frylight the oil spray). • Building and driving the 1-to-3-year plans for our Butters Spreads & Oils (BSO) portfolio and gaining alignment for them throughout the business and with customers, with support of a team of four.
• Identifying variances against plan & recommendation of appropriate remedial actions.
• Developing and delivering marketing communications strategy and execute on time, to budget.
• Developing and delivering key NPD projects via our brand team.
• Managing the Advertising and Promotions budget effectively to ensure best value is achieved and strong and measurable return on investment.
• Supporting delivery of key projects linked to the Saputo Pledges (e.g., Sustainability / Health & Nutrition).
• Working in collaboration with shopper team, developing innovative shopper marketing strategies across all steps of the shopper journey, from digital to the point of purchase.
• Working in collaboration with Head of Marketing - Cheese, developing and championing key marketing processes to establish consistent best practice across the Marketing Team, including Marketing Excellence Programme Tools, KPIs, approval procedures and documentation.
• Managing & developing a direct team through performance management, clear objectives and accountabilities, as well as coaching.

YOURE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE

• Able to demonstrate a wealth of marketing experience ideally within FMCG.
• Able to demonstrate excellent commercial understanding & ability to make sound recommendations based on facts.
• Able to demonstrate good knowledge of advertising and communications development along with experience of consumer research, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of New Product Development.
• Experienced in managing a team with a track record of developing talent.
• Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills to be able to inspire employees at all levels.
