Job Description

Field Sales MerchandisersSalary: 23K - 25K + monthly commission, company vehicle, annual bonus + benefitsLocation: Weybridge/ Hersham M25 territoryWe are pleased to be working exclusively with Jimmys Iced Coffee to build further on their newly formed field sales team and currently have roles in London and Leeds.In 2010, Jim and Suze created Jimmys Iced Coffee, a range of awesome ready-to-drink iced coffee drinks, which can now be found in over 5,000 outlets across the UK and beyond.The inspiration came from a petrol station stop whilst on a road trip around Oz. It was there whilst road tripping, surfing and camping that he discovered the phenomenon of iced coffee. Upon returning to British shores Jim knew that he had to bring the sameexperience he had loved, back home with him.Fast-forward a few years and the brand has taken the UK market by storm, with sales exceeding £4 million in less than 10 years, and a healthy trend of continued growth.As the Field Sales Merchandiser, you will be owning and developing retail accounts to include Co-Op, Waitrose, M&S, BP & Boots with a primary focus on Tesco. Your responsibilities will include: Calling daily on Grocery stores with a focus on Tesco Seek new listing opportunities across Tesco larger format stores including Superstores and Metro Ensure all stores have the correct SKUs Identify appropriate stores for in-store sampling Monitor the competitor marketplace, identifying on going threats and opportunities Increase Jimmys facings in-store & move to eye level location Ensuring all customer details are updated and reportedWhat experience and skills are we looking for: You will live the three Jimmys values of; Own it, #1 Crew and Yalla Habibi! You will demonstrate the hunger and desire to make an immediate positive impact on the Jimmys business You will be experienced within a field sales or retail compliance role, ideally within FMCG although other markets considered Looking for a new challenge Educated to minimum A-Level standard You will be someone who is able to build rapport quickly and understands the importance of building long term business relationships Excellent communicator at all levels with both internal teams and customers Able to manage you journey and time effectively ensuring you regularly meet with your customers Experience analysing data to identify and target stores to visit Full / clean UK driving licence
