Job Description

We are looking for a focused and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced business specialising in the supply of design-led gifts to both consumers and retailers worldwide.You will be responsible for providing a pivotal Marketing role for the business, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, working to promote the brand and our products.

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in the execution & development of the digital marketing strategy, working across a variety of online & offline channels
  • Assist in the generation, execution and management of the Company’s social media plan
  • Daily monitoring and management of social media channels
  • Create social media ad campaigns
  • Help with day-to-day management and maintenance of the website (Magento)
  • Website merchandising -creating categories, products listings, and writing product descriptions
  • Content creation, writing blog posts to assist with SEO strategy
  • Help create, develop, and report on email marketing automations and campaigns
  • Work closely with our media agency and Marketing teams to create online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • General ad hoc support for the marketing department and team
    • To be considered for the position, you must be able to multi-task and able to cope under the pressure of a fast-paced environment. In addition, you must possess the following key skills and experience:
  • Experience managing social media accounts - Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest etc
  • Experience of ecommerce platforms and website merchandising
  • A general understanding of SEO, PPC and paid social
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • A proactive and willing-to-learn attitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly organised
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Outlook as a necessity
