Job Description

Service Express is looking for a talented professional who wants the opportunity to serve as a Warehouse and Logistics Operator for our organisation. This role will join a well-established and mature Revenue Operations team.To be successful in this role, you must be highly skilled in working with stakeholders from all levels of the organisation. With stakeholders you will identify, develop, and innovate on existing business processes and surface insights to users to drive effectiveand efficient decision making.Here’s what this position is all about:

  • To process and record all incoming and outbound goods in a professional, accurate and timely manner using the company tools provided.
  • To communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner
  • To ensure safe delivery and collection of Service express and customer equipment/tape media within required time scales.
  • Liaise with WENG for testing and kit requirements for engineering calls, global and part sales and Procurement for parts purchasing.
  • Maintain and record accurately the movements of all maintenance, off site tape media and managed services assets.
  • To provide company approved quotations for logistical moves and destruction.
Hoping you can bring to the Service Express team...
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Working ours are 8:30-17:00
  • Experience in operating fork lift trucks, stackers and stair crawlers. (Not essential)
  • Competent driver (with clean driving license)
  • Able to be on standby and be called out, out of hours.
  • Excellent Customer service skill
  • Basic knowledge of word and excel use.
  • Be competent in driving logistical vehicles in and out the country.
  • Effectively be able to raise a PO for various requirements in the department.
