Job Description

T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of the UK Division of a highly successful company who have an opportunity for a Senior Finance Co-Ordinator. You will be working for a well-respected brand who operate in a multi-site environment and have an excellentreputation within their sector. As Senior Finance Co-Ordinator you will monitor the Finance Application process end-to-end ensuring we are adhering to company procedures and compliance as well as taking ownership of the daily operations including support andguidance to team members.

  • Hybrid Working - 2 days office, 3 working from home
  • Office location - Wetherby
  • Salary circa £28,000 + Benefits Package
As Senior Finance Co-Ordinator your remit will include:
  • To manage the process of requesting and applying for Finance to those customers who have chosen this method for payment of invoices and/or orders on account
  • Ensuring all data protection and relevant compliance checks are carried out accordingly
  • Coordinate between the customer and the Lender as per our Credit Broker responsibilities
  • Interacting with customers, Lender and field personnel to ensure a streamlined process
  • Provide a high level of customer service and promotes this culture through training and guidance
  • Monthly reporting to Credit & Risk Management Team including data analysis and other key metrics
  • To ensure the relevant personnel are aware of current schemes and promotions available
  • Manage the disclaimer / TOB requirements in line with the process and compliance
  • Manage customer applications through to fruition
  • Manage all escalated queries, priority applications and Lender updates
  • Identify solutions on presented challenges working with the relevant management to review and implement
  • Acts as an enthusiastic, positive and motivated role model for the team. Builds a culture of continuous improvement and openness to change
  • To provide and work closely with the Risk department with regards to upfront applications, referred or declined applications
  • Audit requirements - Compliance
To be successful as Senior Finance Co-Ordinator you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience of FCA and compliance ESSENTIAL
  • Ability to manage confidential data in a very professional manner
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and associated packages
  • To have excellent communication skills and build successful working relationships with both internal and external departments, managing expectations effectively
  • Planning and organisation skills
  • Attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • To have a positive attitude and a Can Do mindset
  • Strong customer service and commercial awareness
  • Analytical skills and a good eye for detail
  • Be professional, flexible, able to work under pressure and adaptable to the changing needs of the organisation
  • Able to deal appropriately with difficult situations
  • The ability to work within a team and be self-motivated
