Job Description

Sales and Service AdviserAn exciting opportunity has arisen with our client who is a growing business based in Boston Spa. As Sales and Service Advisor you will support the growth of business and servicing of clients accounts. Using your developing knowledge and experience, therole is about utilising your sales, marketing and communication skills combined with true customer focus in a busy office environment to meet the needs of clients.This is a full time position Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, salary is £21,000 - £23,000 p/a plus excellent benefits including 25 days annual leave plus stats, Birthday off, Health Shield, and on-site parking.Responsibilities include:

  • To provide specialist level customer service and technical support within the business, including selling and giving advice on an approved range of products and services.
  • To assist in the development and growth of the client base, supporting both sales and retention-related initiatives and activities.
  • Support the team to achieve the business objectives and help deliver the strategic plan aims.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with the range of target clients through customer focused activity
  • Responding to inbound customer enquiries
  • Logging information on CRM system
Candidate requirements:
  • Well organised
  • Attention to detail
  • IT proficient
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous sales or customer service is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided
