Job Description

Due to an increase in sales we are expanding our team and are now recruiting a Sales Advisor in our Wetherby branch.This is a permanent role working 20 hours Monday - Friday 7.30am - 11.30am with flexibility to increase your hours to provide holiday cover when required. You will also work one in three Saturdays 8am - 12pm.About the roleBeing a small team you will learn all aspects of the branch including:

  • Trade counter - providing exceptional service to our customers face to face
  • Warehouse - picking and packing as well as Goods In/Out
  • Office - processing customer orders and dealing with telephone enquiries
    • About youCustomer facing experience is essential as you will already understand the importance of delivering a high level of service to customers.A good level of PC literacy will really help you to learn our in-house system and process customer orders efficiently.Any stock management experience would be beneficial.About your development and benefitsWe aim to unlock your potential and equip you with all the skills required to move to the next stage in your career with us.
