Job Description

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join a well-established, prestigious, and highly reputable automotive brand who are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Administrator Support professional to join their team in Wetherby.As a Sales Administrator Support Executive, you will have previous experience of working in the automotive sector within a fast-paced car dealership and have an enthusiastic attitude and strong attention to detail.It is essential you have vehicle sales administration, able to build long term relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. Any experience supporting company directors in an executive administrative position within the automotive role wouldbe advantageous.You will have excellent communication skills, written and spoken, over the phone, face to face and via email along with a confident and resilient manner with excellent organisational skills.You will be confident in contributing to a CRM system with proficient knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office Suite.Basic salary £30,000 plus excellent holidays, pension, and excellent personal career development plan. Candidate

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience of working in a fast-paced car dealership in a sales or administrative support position
  • You will have strong knowledge of vehicle sales, profits, commissions and parts
  • Experience in reporting to company directors and keeping accurate records.
  • You will be confident in contributing to a CRM system with proficient knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent written and spoken communication skills, you will have an engaging written and spoken manner.
  • You will have experience in leading promotional strategy to attract clients
Duties
  • Responsible for supporting the business through sales and administrative support along with supporting the Sales Director with full responsibility for administration and coordination
  • Building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients with strong business acumen and product and industry knowledge within the automotive industry
  • Contributing to a CRM system in an organised and efficient manner
  • Working with departments across the business in a collaborative manner with focus on teamwork.
