Job Description

Sales Administrator Wetherbyup to £26k pa Our client is a highly successful business, manufacturing high quality, commercial grade outdoor furniture for distribution to hospitality clients world-wide, operating within a B2B environment.Due to significant and sustained growth, our client is recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to join their friendly team based in Wetherby.This is an interesting and varied, customer centric role, assisting with quotations and customer service functions, blended with some finance activities, assisting the finance manager with a variety of accounts related tasks.Role of the Sales Administrator:

  • Processing customers orders from email onto internal system (Sage), setting up new products and customers.
  • Monitoring customer shipments and liaising with them with ETD or potential delays
  • Resolving/responding any customer enquiry.
  • Liaise with clients offering effective and timely communication.
  • Assist the UK Sales Director with preparing quotes.
  • Assist the Finance Director in keeping all price lists active and up to date.
  • Processing, coding, and inputting purchase invoices on Sage.
  • Manage the library of finishes, keeping stock and organising replenishment.
  • Ensuring customer payments are matched against the correct invoices.
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Exposure to foreign currency

  • Dealing with employee expenses

  • Ad hoc office duties
