Job Description

Position: Teaching AssistantLocation: WetherbyStart Date: ASAPContract: OngoingSalary: £80-£90 per day The role involves providing support to teachers in Early Years and Key Stage 1 classrooms, with a specific focus on students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will includehelping with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support for students with SEN, and assisting in creating an inclusive learning environment.Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, especially in Early Years and Key Stage 1.
  • Familiarity with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and strategies for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals.
  • The ability to start the position as soon as possible.
