Job Description

Customer Service / Finance AdministratorWetherby£25k to £30k paInvigorate Recruitment is looking to recruit a Customer Service /finance Administrator to join an expanding accounts team within a business that suppliers a luxury product internationally.The candidate should be assertive with excellent communication skills while possessing the ability to work as part of a team or in a stand-alone positionMain Responsibilities:

  • Processing customers orders from email onto internal system (Sage), setting up new products and customers where needed
  • Manage the library of finishes, keeping stock and organising replenishment when needed
  • Monitoring customer shipments and liaising with them with ETD or potential delays
  • Resolving/responding any customer complaints or enquiry.
  • Liaise with clients offering effective and timely communication
  • Assist the UK Sales Director with preparing quotes
  • Assist the Finance Director in keeping all price lists active and up to date
  • Processing, coding, and inputting purchase invoices on Sage.
  • Ensuring customer payments are matched against the correct invoices
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Exposure to foreign currency
  • Data entry
  • Dealing with employee expenses
  • General office filing
  • Ad hoc office duties
Skills and Abilities
  • Experience of working within a similar role.
  • MS Word/MS Excel-
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good telephone manner & excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise your day
  • Can Do attitude
This is an office based role Mon - Thurs 8.30 - 5.30pm , Fri : 8.30am - 5.00pm
