Job Description

We are passionate about delivering great Customer Service and we are looking for a Customer Service Executive who enjoys working in a dynamic and customer focused environment.As a key member this small, friendly and dynamic team your role will focus on providing exceptional levels of customer service to our Ferndale Medical Customer base and our AesthetiCare Professional Skin Clinic Partners whoprovideadvanced skin products and treatments to customers across the UK and Ireland.Key responsibilities

  • To provide the highest levels of customer service in all customer contacts as part of the Professional Customer Service Team
  • To ensure the phone is answered in a timely and efficient manner
  • To respond to customer enquiries which come through via email and any other platform
  • To accurately take, process and input orders onto the stock management and CRM systems
  • To take ownership of credit control activities working to KPIs to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
  • To provide support to our Business Development Managers and training team
  • To take ownership for tasks and projects daily to ensure customer satisfaction
  • To ensure accurate account set up of new accounts and accurate recording of customer data
  • To ensure the Quality Management System (QMS), SOP and GDP requirements are complied with
  • To ensure the Customer Complaint and Pharmacovigilance systems are complied with
  • To provide specialist product information
  • To upsell across a portfolio of products
