Job Description

Customer Care Co-OrdinatorAs Customer Care Co-Ordinator you will work 36.5 hours per week and benefits include free on site parking, staff canteen, 35 days holiday, annual bonus scheme and excellent staff discount.Due to internal promotion an opportunity has arisen to join an industry leading company who are highly regarded within their specialised field. We are currently recruiting a Customer Care Co-Ordinator to join their friendly team. We are looking for a friendly,enthusiastic and motivated candidate to work in this busy Customer Service team.Key responsibilities of the Customer Care Co-Ordinator role:

  • Providing first class customer service, individual to each customer
  • Working closely with your team to ensure workloads and deadlines are met
  • Organising and prioritising daily tasks in coordination with other departments
  • Regular reviews of performance against KPIs
  • Reviewing Customer feedback
  • Prioritising personal workloads and managing time efficiently
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints and resolving promptly and professionally
Requirements for this Customer Service Assistant role:
  • Previous experience in administration and customer service
  • Previous team leader experience would be an advantage but not essential
  • A good telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to communicate well with both clients and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise
  • A good work ethic and team player attitude
