Job Description

Really excited to be partnering with Proactis in their search for a part qualified commerical finance business partner. If you are commericially minded and a strong communicator this could be a perfect role for you.Reporting initially to the CFO your responsibility will be to provide financial, commercial and strategic support to the Corporate Accounting & Finance team and wider business leaders in the Proactis bePayd product and wider customer risk. Primary responsibilities and accountabilities · Customer risk

  • bePayd customer risk
  • Control of buyer AML and KYC processes
  • Buyer Credit Risk review, including a review of financial position, strategy, industry, management overview, org structures, news.
  • Credit limit recommendations.
  • Ongoing customer risk management.
  • Working with the CFO to set up ongoing customer risk management and reporting.
  • Operational / transactional reconciliations
  • Daily reporting and reconciliations management of accelerated invoice data.
  • Development of ongoing reporting to support the finance and commercial teams.
  • Commercial and operational business partnering
  • Key support in respect of bePayd for the commercial sales and account management teams.
  • Support for buyer customer and supplier customer transactional queries, and ultimate resolution
  • Banking
  • Involvement in banking relationship with CFO
  • Other ad-hoc finance projects
  • Supports finance projects as required
    • Skills and experience · Commercially focussed finance professional with a pro-active attitude
  • Ability to work remotely with global teams
  • First class analytical skills
  • Track record of identifying issues and delivering solutions
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to translate numbers into meaningful analysis
  • Professional service practice (ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified / qualified) advantageous
  • Finance services / fintech / risk background advantageous
  • Experience of Power BI or other BI tools advantageous
