Job Description

Sales Support Administrator Wetherby £ 24k pa plus bonus & excellent benefitsWe are looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator for our client in Wetherby we are looking for a strong experienced Administrator with excellent people skills. As the Sales Support Administrator you will be responsible for managing the administration of allocated experienced negotiators / property consultants. You will assist the team bylooking after the vendors and buyers throughout the whole process, sharing responsibility for responding to customer enquiries and notifying relevant parties about any delays in the schedule. Keeping abreast of all admin relating to client cases and coordinatingwith other departments where appropriate.Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries using all means of communication available
  • Qualifying customers and registering inhouse system,
  • Managing telephone calls
  • Understanding the needs of the customer
  • Scheduling appointments and general diary management
  • Maintaining customer files by updating all invoices, accounts, chasing completion monies
  • Undertake money laundering process when and where required
  • Taking responsibility for associated administration
  • Ensuring all checks are made relating to proof of funding
  • Ensuring all case files are up to date
  • Assist the team in gathering as much information as possible on each property.
  • Development - Performing research of the local market by comparing properties and checking market activity to establish a selling price
  • Listing properties with relevant services and amenities
  • Assist with ongoing contact with vendors to maintain their expectations and keep them updated with viewings and feedback
  • Update and utilise inhouse software on an ongoing basis to its full capacity.
  • Liaise with Team Manager in the first instance should any issues arise
  • Any ad hoc duties as and when required
Candidate Specification
  • Ability to build rapport with others in a short period of time, finding common ground and being able to genuinely connect with people.
  • Strong communication skills, ensuring everyone is communicated with thoroughly and efficiently throughout all processes.
  • Positive mindset and upbeat attitude, bringing value to both clients and the sales team.
  • Competency with numbers, i.e understanding of yields, and discounts (training for which will be provided as required)
  • A good attitude towards organisation and efficiency
  • Knowledge within the property industry is also preferred.
