Youll be working with both internal and external stakeholders and will be accountable to safely deliver all projects to time, cost, and quality; aiming at all times to exceed customer expectations. As well responsibility for achieving the MTP (medium Term Plan) to the EEIS targets.Within this role you’ll be responsible for the creation and of delivery programmes consisting of multiple measure, therefore you’ll need to ensure that regional targets are achieved, including: Revenue income, compliant carbon delivery and P&L. There will also be elements of supporting the Business Development Process through building key relationships with the commercial and carbon savings teams to support winning new business opportunities; to drive growth and exceed customer expectations.This is a complex, but exciting role to support us in delivering whole house solutions, along with the growth of our renewable deliveryResponsible for the creation and delivery of works programme including SHE, quality, and scheduling of projects to ensure high quality delivery of the construction based projects and the regional business plan.Ensure all site operations are completed within E.ON safety, regulatory, budgetary, policy and compliance requirements by effective auditing of all activities that are undertaken in line with regulatory or legal requirements.Setting and management of key performance metrics for employees and contractors, ensuring metrics are met, or exceeded without compromising strict quality and compliance standardsAct as an escalation point for operational issues and responsible for timely resolution of customer or client issues.Ensure robust internal and external contract management.Develop and produce management information and contract performance reports.Ensure effective resource plans are in place to deliver programmes in line with customer and business expectations.Ensure policies, processes and systems are fit for purpose, adhered to and supported.Lead, motivate and manage the team to meet operational requirements and manage performance that inspires excellence in terms of customer focus, commercial focus and innovative solutions.Profile description:Extensive experience in an operational delivery manager position, on a variety of projects, taking projects from tender stage through to completion. This experience is preferably complemented by a higher construction based qualification or MCSSpecific experience in heating or renewables is essential including solar, air source heat pumps and installation.Extensive experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary project team so that they achieve their full potential and produce a successful residential project.Substantial knowledge and practical use of, current legislation with regards to the Health & Safety, Construction, Services Installation and various Forms of Contract that could be applicable to the variety of Residential Projects.Excellent inter-personal, communication and influencing skills.Have a IOSH or similar SHE qualificationHave a City & Guilds or similar construction related qualification
