Part Time Office Administrator - Weston - genuinely one of the most wonderful companies with the best values you will ever come across!Looking for someone who wants a part time administration role working in an SME, small team - Supporting the business functions.Looking to pay between £21,000 and £23,000 pr rata plus holidays and join an inclusive growing business.START ASAP - Post notice - Speak to Natalie at Duval for more details (to also discuss what hrs work)The Role and person:

  • Liaising with external HR advisors to administer HR within the organisation
  • Administration of Teams diary and meetings, think on your feet and be pro active
  • Uniform for the team - manage stock and coordination
  • Ordering supplies and stationery for all depots and keeping up to date with levels
  • Organising team celebrations and acknowledgements of anniversaries and making the employees feel valued and part of an inclusive team
  • Booking travel and hotels for the team and assisting in all admin and support functions (ad hoc) for the Directors
  • Excellent administration and IT Skills
  • Strong ability to organise and make the role your own
  • A genuinely brilliant - no fuss, no frills Admin support coordinator role to free up the time for the Directors
  • You must be flexible, team player, great attitude, good values and commutable to Weston!
