MOT Tester - Weston Super Mare Benefits: £26,000 basic, plus bonuses of up to £160 per month (£28k OTE), 40 hours per week over 5 days, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and pension, life cover and training including IMI Qualifications.We are currently recruiting for an MOT Tester to work for a franchised garage based in Weston Super Mare to carry out MOT Tests for their customers and support the other vehicle technicians with other works such as tyre fitting, breaks and suspensions, diagnostics and wheel alignments when the MOT bay is quiet.We need someone that has at least 4 years experience and has a Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Mechanics, and have a Valid MOT License.The Company are award winning and have been going for over 50 years, and have over 250 centres nationwide, with most employees and branch managers having served for long periods of time within the business.The branches are open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, and Saturdays 8- 5pm. Therefore you will be required to work 40 hours a week over those 5 days. As Saturday is usually the busiest day the branch will give you a rotad day off during the working week, and you will get a rotad Saturday off once a month.Key Responsibilities:
