Job Description

Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Complaints Associates in Weston-super-Mare to join our client who are leaders in Furniture Care, Insurance and Commercial Services. In this role, you will be ensuring that customers receive a professional, courteousand FCA complaint response to their complaint.The salary for this position starts at £23,000 per annum, it increases after 6 months to £24,000 per annum. This position is Monday to Friday only and also contains many benefits including free parking and discounted travel cards.Benefits and Package for a Customer Complaints Associate:

  • Salary: £23,000 per annum, after 6 months this will increase to £24,000
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • ContractType: Permanent
  • Location: Weston-super-Mare
  • Located next to Weston-super-Mare train station

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Complaints Associate:
  • Responding to first-year and warranty customer complaints in accordance with the complaint procedure and regulatory requirements
  • Having a comprehensive knowledge of the Financial Conduct Authority requirements relating to complaints handling
  • Acting as a direct office-based contact for clients to resolve disputes
  • Responding to customer complaints by use of letter and telephone
  • Ensuring complaints are dealt with in the regulatory timescales
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Complaints Associate:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
  • Ability to empathise with customers is required
  • Proven track record of problem-solving and bringing resolutions to customers
