In this role you will be responsible for a range of tasks including managing accounts and invoices, raising job cards for engineers, keep records of parts and service, liaising with different departments across the business to ensure service and parts are compliantto standards. You will have to keep to a high level of organisation to ensure tasks are managed and standards are upheld, ultimately ensuring the delivery of an excellent service.In this role you will be required to use excellent organisational skills to complete a range of tasks, including managing accounts and invoices, booking jobs and organising engineers workloads, inputting data entries, and managing contracts. You will have tostay on top of jobs as they move through the process, and make sure moving targets are managed well.
