Job Description

At Newcross, were leading the revolution in personalised home care. Join us. As a Female Care Assistant in Winscombe, Weston-super-Mare and the surrounds, youll be well-practiced at multitasking and enjoy the variety of tasks that come with delivering care in the home. Youll be supporting our service users with Airway Management, clinical requirements, End of Life Care, PEG, social activities and any other services needed. With your help, the people in your care can continue living in their own home, rather than living away from their loved ones in a specialist unit.Shifts for this role include 12 hour days and 12 hour nights. In addition to your caregiving experience, you should be able to demonstrate occasions where you have exhibited our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness.
