Job Description

A Customer Insights Manager is required to join an industry leading, leisure brand based in Hindley. The responsibilities are as follows:

  • Play a key role in directing the shape of the business and customer insight strategy
  • Use a variety of analytics tools to evaluate and recommend opportunities in the CRM performance
  • Proactively identify and analyse
  • Create and maintain the relevant CRM dashboards and reports
  • Continuously keep on top of market trends and competitor analysis
  • Create and maintain a customer segmentation that will be used throughout the business
  • Conduct A/B & Multivariate testing
  • Work cohesively with the wider business and deliver data insight that can help to aid conversion and customer loyalty to ultimately reduce the overall CPA
  • The ideal candidate will have the following background:
  • Strong business acumen, linking behaviours to business benefit
  • Highly analytical and data driven
  • Prior experience delivering accurate, relevant and timely information including forecasting models
  • A strong understanding of SQL
  • Experienced with analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics and Excel
  • Ability to deliver high quality reports and insight to senior stakeholders using a variety of tools
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
