Due to continued growth Paragon Meed Recruitment are expanding. We are seeking a Romanian Speaking Onsite Account Manager to join our team and manage a customers recruitment needs in Westerleigh, Bristol.This role reports to the National Account Manager and will involve line management of 2-3 staff.Rapidly growing, this is an exciting time to join one of the most innovative recruitment companies in the county. Specialising in the provision of temporary labour, we have grown to have a national presence within the Industrial sector, both in the food and non-food areas.Ideally you will have a background in Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, progressive, supportive team. Training will be provided.THE ROLE:· Writing and posting adverts to various job sites· Resource and recruitment of temporary workers to work in an abattoir and meat production environment· Shift check ins and reporting, this will be from 6am daily· Induction and training of temporary workers· Weekly payroll administration· Recording of overtime/ shifts / holiday entitlement· Following up clocking issues and unauthorised absences· Daily performance & non-conformance administration· Liaising with workers and managers on the shop floor resolving issuesTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:· 2 years’ experience within a similar position· Must be smart and presentable· Accurate within data entry· Strong administration skills are essential· The ability to multi-task, and able to prioritise· You must have exceptional time management skills· Excellent communication/customer service skills· Must have a UK Driving license and own transport (expenses paid)We are offering:- Competitive salary of £24,000-27,000 per annum- Onsite ParkingReference ID: MR2021Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per yearCOVID-19 considerations:The site has strict Covid Secure guidelines and all PPE is provided
