Senior Paraplanner - Sevenoaks/Westerham (Kent) - £45k - £60k + equity stakeMy client, whom I have placed 2 members of staff with over the past year are a Chartered wealth planning practice. The business has circa 15 staff across all departments and have maintained an excellent reputation providing the highest levels of financialadvice to HNW private clients who are City professionals, retirees, accumulators, SME owners and families across London & the home counties. The business operates independently and does not intend to join a large network or be acquired. They believe in trueindependence, and this is what their clients want.My client has a highly experienced team of Chartered Advisers who are supported by a pooled environment of administrators. The company has a very forward thinking and dynamic approach to their staff development with an award-winning training and mentorshipprogramme.The MD is seeking a Paraplanner to work specifically with him and one other adviser. This role will be suitable for a Paraplanner who is Diploma Qualified, if you have completed some Chartered exams then this is a plus. But my client will consider someonewho is close to obtaining their diploma. The role requires a very good level of technical knowledge across a broad range of financial advice.My client are happy to offer between £45k - £60k plus a bonus and an equity stake in the business. All staff are being given this opportunity in 2023.
