Providing one-on-one and group support to students with SEN
Collaborating with teachers to implement personalized learning plans
Assisting in the development of communication strategies, particularly utilizing British Sign Language
Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

Minimum Level 2 proficiency in British Sign Language
Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education
