Senior Office Admin / Office Manager - Kent / Surrey Border. Nov interview / Immed StartMy Client is a well established Financial Services Company. They are looking for an experienced Office Administrator / Office Manager who is able to commit to a full-time office based position in Westerham.Whilst the Company are working a shift pattern to ensure all staff are safe in the offices whilst there, and allow most people to work from home in the current pandemic; this role will be solely office based and you will be required to work in the office on a daily basis Mon-Fri within strict protocols to ensure yours and others safety from Coronavirus.I can discuss salary level upon application.   • As Senior Office Administrator you will be at the heart of the business and crucial to the smooth running of the office. The role requires a highly organised and efficient individual who is happiest when the office is running smoothly and enjoys being at the centre of a busy team. You will be the first point of contact for everyone within the organisation, have an overview of many different things, an impeccable working knowledge of the business and its aims and pitch in whenever necessary to ensure the office operates smoothly. You will be responsible for ensuring a visitor’s first experience of my Client is a good one, whether over the phone or face to face.
  • You will have a Junior Office Administrator who will be your direct report so will have responsibility for the training, development and quarterly appraisals of this individual.
  • This role requires a clear headed, flexible approach to responsibilities and obsessive organisational abilities, strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills with experience of office or facilities management and health & safety to ensure a safe and well-run business environment.
  • Essential Experience required:
  • Experience in a high-level administrative role
  • Reliability and discretion; you will often learn of confidential matters
  • Good Microsoft Office package skills including Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part as a team
  • Critical and creative thinking about how to regularly improve processes and operations
  • The ability to work with and manipulate data for a range of purposes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
