PA to Chief Executive

Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to work with the Chief Executive of this highly successful company based in Westerham who offer a professional, welcoming working environment.This is a busy, pivotal role within the company ensuring a confidential and professional PA service is provided at all times.Key responsibilities:

  • Manage diary
  • Book travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Organise exhibitions, Corporate Events and related travel
  • Meeting Preparation
  • Collate and submit expense claims
  • Action emails and manage inbox as required
  • All correspondence and drafting replies where necessary
  • Maintaining a coherent and easily referenced filing system
  • Office management including managing Reception and some HR responsibilities such as assiting with Recruitment and Inductions.
Your key skills:
  • Ability to build strong relationships with others by dealing effectively and courteously with queries
  • Able to multi-task and work to deadlines and adapt to ever changing workload.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, internally and externally
  • Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • A proven PA/Secretarial background and Intermediate/ advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages essential.
