Summary The Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. Average shift 8am - 4pm. No split-shifts or evenings. What youll be doing Working with the Food & Beverage Management team youll use your skills to develop delicious menus, using local produce where available, that adapt to the seasons and work with the National Trust Cookbook framework to prepare delicious food.You will be constantly seeking and developing new income opportunities, working to achieve financial targets and increase margins by minimising waste and controlling costs and resources.Through effective people management and leadership, and with the National Trust ethos at the forefront of your mind, youll motivate the team of staff and volunteers to strive for a culture of exceptional service and make it a great place to work.You will enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes,making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.You will receive a bespoke induction and allergen/food safety training.
