HR Graduate Internship - Competitive Salary - Westerham, KentCalling all HR Graduates/ looking for a fast paced environment with the opportunity to progress your career. Our Global Aerospace client is seeking a proactive, friendly and personable individual who will be responsible for providing administration assistancein the overall delivery of HR operations i.e. overseeing the office facilities admin, supporting the administration of our clients on boarding process and as part of a team, helping to ensure projects are delivered effectively.Responsibilities:*Being the first point of contact for calls, emails from staff and clients for the office*Generating contracts of employment, offer letters, addendums, conducting pre-employment checks, e.g. references* To manage the administration process for all joiners, leavers, transfers, maternity, paternity and other people management matters* Prepare and issue offers of employment* Co-ordinate pre-employment credit, employment and general background checks* Work on co-ordinating, enhancing and delivering the Induction process, producing updated information on PowerPoint where necessary.* Ensure smooth transition for all new joiners and coordination of the exit interview process* Maintain all HR files, including archived files, in accordance with GDPR regulations and research electronic files options* Ensure completion of Standard Disclosure checks for Certified Staff*Working with the HR Manager to coordinate the onboarding & leaver process*Responsible for updating staff database*Supporting the HR Manager with taking minutes etc and the organising/ booking of staff training courses*Assist with projects across the HR function*Assisting the HR manager with their diary management, meeting preparation and ad hoc tasks*Overseeing administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the office*Working proactively with the HR & Facilities team to deal with office issues and escalating to management if required*Support the recruitment processSkills required:*2.1 or 1st class degree*You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills*Excellent inter-personal skills*Excellent organisational and administrative skills*Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment*Ability to thrive under pressure*Flexible, prepared to work on different tasks as needed and take responsibility for completion*Self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative*Computer literate i.e Excel, WordFor more information and to register your interest please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
