At this point we cannot confirm exactly how long this contract will last, but it is unlikely to be more than 12 months. What its like to work here Youre supported by a passionate team of people, an encouraging environment where you can make your mark, and a culture that supports personal development and positive wellbeing.As a Treasure House, you will work with the Property Curator to ensure we capture the Spirit of Place through our core interpretation and visitor journey across the site and improve our exhibition spaces and narrative for future audiences.Our audiences range from young families at the weekends, to independent adults who want a unique experience and of course our traditional audiences, all who want to learn something new about our collection and sites, and leave feeling a sense of joy or discovery.More information about these locations can be found here:Chartwell | National TrustEmmetts Garden | National TrustQuebec House | National Trust What youll be doing With an increase in visitor driving programmes, and a robust spirit of place at Chartwell, Quebec House and Emmetts Garden, this is an opportunity to deliver strong project management and leadership for a hard-working team of programming and marketing officers.You will have the drive to deliver innovative and thoughtful programmes, focusing on a high quality offer to a variety of audiences.For 2023, you will oversee the first ever Literature Festival at Chartwell, the second Fungi Festival at Emmetts Garden (which attracted over 14,000 people last year) and the very popular Georgian Christmas programme at Quebec House. You will set up partnershipswith like-minded organisations that help us deliver our programmes to maximum audiences and also drive income.   • A real ability to connect with people and understand the need for an approach driven by the audience need
  • Understanding of what good programming looks like for different audiences
  • Practical and successful experience of developing and implementing new events
