Job Description

As Cohort Coordinator, you will oversee and deliver admin support to the cohort, working alongside the Cohort Co-ordinator Lead, Cohort PDMs and Cohort Co-ordinators. You will ensure the management support is running efficiently and productively by continuously reviewing and improving procedures, and service delivery. In addition, you will be required to manage the reception desk where cover is needed.What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop a strategic awareness of the business issues and challenges within the cohort by working closely with the location cohort PDMs.
  • Receptionist duties include meet and greet visitors, Partners and Clients, answer incoming calls in accordance with our standard company greeting, meeting room management and report Facilities related issues.
  • Build and strengthen working relationships with all location and hub management and support teams to become a key enabler of efficient processes and procedures across the cohort/LSE hub.
  • Proactively contribute at Location Cohort meetings, take minutes and ensure actions are followed up.
  • Attendance at bi monthly Cohort Co-ordinator team meeting - providing updates on workloads, sharing best practices and building strong relationships
  • Diary Management, including scheduling 121 meetings and observations.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and minimal expenditure.
  • Support location/cohort Projects
  • Coordination of workshops/meetings, including invites, attendee lists, feedback.
  • Reprioritise workload to ensure that all urgent work is actioned in a timely manner.
  • Be involved and contribute at team meetings.
  • Provide holiday cover for other team members where necessary.
  • Who we’re looking for:The right candidate will have strong prioritisation and co-ordination skills. You will have strong IT capability in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint, etc with the ability to be able to assist and utilise MI data to provide relevant reports as requested by the cohort.From previous roles you will have gained excellent written and verbal communication skills, appropriate to all levels.
