Summary Are you passionate about offering outstanding customer service at all times Do you have excellent communication and organisation skills and also some experience of cash handling If so we have just the role for you as a Business Services Co-ordinator!What its like to work here The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times. The former home of Sir Winston Churchill is open to visitors from the end of February until the end of October but our gardens and wider grounds remain open all year round apartfrom Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.In this role youll be part of a small team covering a seven day a week rota which means that youll be required to work on a Saturday and Sunday one weekend in four and also some Bank Holiday Mondays. What youll be doing The Business Services Team supports the day to day operation of the Chartwell portfolio which comprises of three National Trust properties, Chartwell, Emmetts Gardens and Quebec House. No two days are ever the same so flexibility is key. You will work inour main office responding to telephone calls and e-mails from potential visitors. In addition, youll be part of the team responsible for co-ordinating the banking of all money raised through various means across our sites. As this is an administrative role,there will be elements of paperwork, filing, and ordering to do but you will also have a number of individual projects assigned to you which could range from assisting with our group bookings programme to managing the portfolio retention schedule. We are alsothe team who answer any complaints received.
