Job Description

What you will doYour role will be to carry out routine BMS service works on a variety of sites, respond to callouts as directed by the Maintenance Manager and undertake a variety of small works projects generally associated with the maintenance of client’s sites. This roleis within E2 Services Limited (part of Johnson Controls).What we offer

How you will do it
  • Carry out routine BMS service visits
  • Respond to BMS callouts
  • Review any site log books during service visits and attend to any minor issues during the visit
  • Prepare clear and accurate reports on site during the visit
  • Reports to include any recommended improvements to the site
  • Carry out BMS related small works projects
  • Assist projects team with larger projects
  • Attend regular departmental meetings
  • Support inter-departmental activities
  • Represent E2 Services Limited at Client meetings and maintain regular Client communication
  • Nurture Client and supplier relationships maintaining E2 Services Limited’s revenue stream
  • Manage contractors onsite whilst performing works on behalf of E2 Services Limited
What we are looking forRequired:
  • Extensive experience with Trend BMS systems from early 100 series controllers to the current IQ4 range
  • Experience with MCC panels and the ability to understand control panel wiring diagrams
  • Conversant with Trend SET and the operation of all aspects of control strategies
  • Understanding of all varieties of Trend networking – current LAN, Ethernet, BACnet and LonWorks
  • Experience with Trend 963 supervisory software
  • Understanding of mechanical plant operation and control
  • Understanding of electrical systems
  • Desire to learn and support new technologies / alternative control system
  • Confident in IT with working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • A self-starter and strong team-player, flexible and able to work effectively without close supervision
  • Excellent written skills
