A large commercial firm are seeking an experienced architect or senior architectural technician to join them in a permanent capacity. The firm design educational, commercial and residential projects throughout the UK.The successful candidate will have a least three years post qualification experience, be CAD proficient, ideally with ArchiCAD, but this is not essential. An experienced architect or architectural technician will be considered if they have the requisite experience .They must have a proven track record of leading projects including client engagement, team management, co-ordination and production/construction stages. They must also have good technical knowledge of architecture and building process through stages 4 and 5.Location Kent Surrey Border. Easy access from South London and M25.Salary negotiable.
