Now RecruitingWe are currently recruiting full-time and part-time Senior Residential Support Workers,Residential Support Workers & Waking Night Stafffor our homes in Westcliff On Sea, East Tilbury & Canvey IslandAbout our homesOur children’s homes provide a range of Specialist Residential Theraputic Care and Education to children aged8 - 17 years. Our home in Westcliff support children with Emotional & Behavioural difficulties and our other two homes support children with Learning disabilities.About Potton HomesAt Potton Homes we believe our young people should have access to a wide range of activities and experiences. All young people are offered therapeutic care which is designed to meet their individual needs and interests.We actively encourage young people to be engaged in as much of the decision making as possible as we believe their views, wishes and feelings are paramount. We encourage and support our young peopleto develop social skills, life skills and independence skills.HoursOur roles are either 37.5 hours per week (Full time) or 18.5 or 22.5 hours per week (Part time)which will include a mix of early shiftsApplicantsWe are looking for passionate and enthusiastic people who have the ability and skills to provideoutstanding care to our children & young people.Applicants are required to have previous experience of working with children in a similar environment.Candidates must be over 21 years old.Experience RequiredLevel 3 childcare qualification preferred but not essential.Successful candidates will have the opportunity to undertake their Level 3 qualification.SalaryResidential Support Worker & Waking Night - £18,500 - £22,900Senior Residential Worker - £23,300 - £28,000All salaries are dependent on qualifications & experience(pro rata for part time roles)
