We are looking for a caring with compassion and hardworking, flexible member of staff to join in our team. The position will include supporting the Senior Sister and Ward Manager with the day to day running of the ward and driving the division forward.The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Senior Staff Nurse post. You be will be required to manage the ward in the absence of the Senior Sister or Ward Manager and be able to communicate effectively to all levels.Key elements include; strong professional leadership qualities, which is critical to delivering the high standard of care our trust requires, passion to be able to motivate and increase staff morale and ability to change so to manage and encourage a learning environment.You will provide a high standard of care to patients as well as acting as a role model for junior staff.Successful applicants will work within their teams to provide a high quality, safe care environment, for patients with a range of conditions as well as elective and emergency surgery.Above all we are looking for someone who is passionate and committed to providing safe, quality care with patient dignity and respect at the forefront.
