Role: Aftersales Manager(for 2 Volume Brands - dual site responsibility)Location: SouthendSalary: £30,000 Basic Salary, OTE of £45,000 plus company car and fuel cardHours: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturdays (1 in 3) 8am - 1pmOur client, based in Southend, currently has the requirement for a proactive Aftersales Manager to join their existing service department. This role is not strictly office based.The Role:As a proactive member of the dealerships management team you will be required to run an efficient operation, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, motivating and training all staff to perform, developing and improving processes and systems as well as driving the business forward.
