Job Description

We have a vacancy for Security & Parking Senior Contract Manager to join our Healthcare & Education sector on a temporary contract for 6 monthsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading team in which you will be fully responsible for the delivery of security services and act as a key interface between OCS and our client.You will already be a successful FM professional and are likely to already hold IOSH qualification and will SIA. Youll have with a strong track record of managing teams within the contract security sector. You will be dedicated to delivering the highest levelsof customer service and playing an integral role in generating future growth and development for both OCS and your own careerYoull be managing the delivery of security services on a high-profile contract in Bristol. Through your security team, youll provide the focus, direction and leadership required to ensure that security services are delivered to the highest of standards andin line with our clients specifications.Youll ensure the smooth running of the security function within all trust sites meeting with the clients daily expectations and the contract terms of agreement.Other Responsibilities will include:Interviewing, training, induction and monitoring of all security officers meeting with OCS HR standards.Maintaining a high standard within the security team including appearances, attitudes, behaviours and meeting with all reasonable requests at all times. Maintaining risk assessments for all tasks.Ensuring Timegate 358 reports are accurate before wage closures. To collate monthly management information for KPI reporting, ensuring this is captured in a timely fashion to meet with approvals and printing procedures.Taking ownership of the management of the sites and the staff performancesQualifications and Experience required:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to write monthly and quarterly security reports
  • SIA Licence essential Both SG and CCTV
  • Experience of working in a busy environment & ability to be flexible in approach to working times to meet the needs of the business.

  • Previous Experience in similar

  • Experience of managing a team
