Job Description

We are delighted to be working with our client a growing independent lettings agency who in a short few years have put themselves firmly in the bracket as one of the go to lettings agencies in Bristol. Due to further growth we are looking for a LettingsNegotiator to join the team, this is a excellent role for a candidate with either lettings or estate agency experience and is looking for a role and business with long term prospects.You will be working in a team of 8 with lots of experience across the industry enabling you to learn and develop in the role and in time take on more responsibility across the business. The team in place are fun and energetic so we are looking for someonewith lots of personality and character, If this sounds like the role for you we would welcome your application.Lettings Negotiator Duties

Registering new applications
Conducting accompanied viewings
Negotiating move in dates, rent & furnishing between tenant and landlord
Gathering relevant information and documentation for referencing
Booking valuations for the Senior Negotiator/Valuer

Lettings Negotiator Skills

Excellent communication skills written & verbal
Previous property experience i.e letting or estate agency
Full clean drivers license and own car

Lettings Negotiator Package

£22k OTE £29K
Monday to Friday 9am- 5:30pm (Early finish on Fridays)
1 in 7 Saturdays to be worked
22 days holiday plus Bank holidays and a additional day for your birthday
Funded ARLA Exams
