  • Recruitment Consultants
  • Resource Consultant
We are looking for several graduates for consultant roles to develop and build their desks within Primary, Secondary, Specialist Provisions (SEN) and Nurseries. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is hard working, looking for a role with highearning potential and wants to part of an amazing and growing team! Although sales experience is advantageous, this is not essential as full training will be provided - we are looking for reflective and motivated individuals who have an interest to work withinthe education sector and who are looking to build and develop a successful career within sales and recruitment.Team Educate was first established in November 2019, and has since gone from strength to strength. We are now a market leader within education recruitment and are a well-known name, throughout Bristol and the South West. Due to our success and rapid expansion,we are now looking to welcome new members to the team as we start the next stage in our growth.In return, we can offer you an excellent working environment, generous salaries, and the best commission structure within the industry (with uncapped earning potential). You will also have the opportunity to work within a proven, and effective training programme,to provide you with everything you need to succeed.The Graduate Role:
  • Full time position (Monday - Friday)
  • Location: Bristol
  • £20,000 - £30,000 starting salary + progression + OTE (Commission) Best commission structure in the industry (no other agencies pay as well as we do) Trained by successful and renowned education consultants Reduced hours in school holidays
  • 20 - 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays
  • Progression and senior roles available
