Their Cribbs Causeway Branch in Bristol offers a full-time, permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering siteperformance, managing the workshop, overseeing the estimating and customer service departments, promoting company culture and values, and achieving strong financial performance and high-quality customer service.Applicants must have strong customer service and leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience running a body shop.The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.The salary is £35,000 to £45,000 per year, with benefits including a company pension with the possibility of a yearly bonus based on turnover.The position offers 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays, on-site parking
