Job Description

REED Bournemouth Care is actively looking to recruit a Level 5 Registered Manager on behalf of a specialist residential care home & day service that specialises in providing care for those that live with complex epilepsy and related disabilities.Purpose of the Role Ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets national standards of care by ensuring that the needs of residents are met and that the highest standards are met.Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing two units with 8 Support Workers in each unit.

Ensure the unit is properly staffed at all times.

Ensure that training of all staff is up to date

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the CQC legislation and quality standards

Lead team meetings and resident meetings.

Have experience in change management and improving processes

Administer buccalmidazolam, diazepam, analgesic and other prescribed "required need" medication.
