Project Administrator position - 20k - refurbishment and construction fit out company Job Specification includes:*Prepare Project Site Files*Prepare health & safety documentation incl. CPP once the format has been completed by the Contracts Manager.*PQQ process & procedures*Assist Marketing Department, Senior Managements/ Directors*Initial chase of all O&M Information*Populating O&M Manuals into new format*Minuting internal and Health & Safety Meetings*Arrange/ set up of Personal Development Plans for Contracts Team*Management of Office Stores/ Itinerary*Procurement of site set up/ materials/ equipment*Assist Commercial Manager/ QS with Supply Chain & Buying*Assist with Tender Submission Presentations/ Branding etc.*Create Forum for Bid Team on tender adjudicationIf you have a passion for support, administration, planning and coordination we want to hear from you.Please email James @ Required skills
