Job Description

What Youll Do:
  • Provide support to students in the classroom, assisting teachers with lesson delivery and helping to create a positive learning environment.
  • Work one-on-one with students who may require additional support, offering guidance and encouragement to help them overcome challenges and succeed academically.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of educational resources, ensuring that lessons are engaging and accessible to all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to assess student progress and implement strategies for improvement.

  • Previous experience working in a similar role within an educational setting is essential.
  • A passion for working with young people and a commitment to supporting their academic and personal development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
