Job Description

If you are an experienced uPVC Fabricator or Supervisor looking for a career path into management then this is a real opportunity. We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader who will manage the companys planned entry into the composite doorset marketusing mostly uPVC frames. It will build upon their already successful aluminium bi-fold, sliding door, windows and curtain wall offering, giving the successful applicant the chance to introduce and develop a new product line.The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organising all day-to-day operations, working closely with the other Team Leads, the Office and Senior Management. It is a hands-on role, certainly initially as you grow and lead your team. Thiswill also include evaluating the suitability of current equipment and processes and helping to increase efficiencies and drive quality and safe working practices.To be considered for this role, applicants must have previous experience of composite doorset manufacture using uPVC frames and have excellent leadership and organisational skills. Applicants will also require a FLT Licence and be familiar with using previousmanufacturing software.The role will be based in the Companys factory in West Yorkshire and comes with a good remuneration package.
