Job Description

PMO Commercial LeadSalary: £35k+ DOEFull time, Permanent roleWe have an amazing opportunity with an evolving and forward-thinking client who work within brand implementation and client delivery. The role of commercial analyst is wide ranging, covering a variety of commercial management aspects associated to both programmemanagement and internally focused commercial management.The successful candidate will ideally have experience in supply chain management and procurement, category management, cost modelling and data analysis, and excellent communication and personal skills with the ability to manage clients, suppliers and internalstakeholders. The Key Duties of the PMO Commercial Lead

  • Lead the on-going management and governance of our supplier portal
  • Lead the role out of Safe-Contractor into our remaining regions once it is ready to be deployed
  • Ensure all local, regional and global suppliers are registered and approved on the portal before any form of implementation
  • Ensure all global bid activity is conducted with fully audited and approved suppliers
  • Regularly interact with local, regional and global colleagues on bid activity. Offering insights and best ways of working
  • Assist in the preparation of implementation and PMO bids
  • Assist in the development of our commercial and supply chain PMO propositions
  • Provide client facing supply chain and procurement expertise and advice
  • Assist in providing supply chain management advice and activity
  • Create key category management plans, which can be referenced to our clients
  • Use our cost data to advise our clients about project and programme commercial decisions
