Operations ManagerSocial Housing Planned Works & RefurbsCovering Yorkshire and Hull£50k plus package/permanent Here at Howells we are working with a leading Property Maintenance and Refurbishment Contractor to recruit an Operations Manager to oversee a Planned Works section of their business.As the Operations Manager, you will directly manage a team of Contract Managers, Site Managers and RLOs to deliver Social Housing Planned Works kitchen and bathroom contracts across Yorkshire and Hull. We are looking for somebody who has experience workingalongside local authorities and housing associations delivering and managing multiple programmes.You will be responsible for the day to day running of your business region, commercial and contractual performance, and client satisfaction. All projects are part of long term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Association clients.
