Their consultants are innovative and motivated to keep ahead of credit market trends and ever evolving client challenges. The team works closely with major Banks & lenders, demonstrating how to drive value from our clients data solutions and building stronger relationships. Their consultants combine a deep understanding of the market, their clients and their priorities and of our clients data, products and solutions.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesOwn Client Strategy as it relates to our clientResponsible for Value Creation and creating and delivering the Value StorySME Knowledge:Work with leading banking, card & payments sector clients as subject matter expert on uses of credit data across all stages of the customer lifecycleDetailed understanding of sector and your client, including their priorities, challenges and opportunitiesSupport industry relations via production of white papers, articles and editorials, conference speaking, seminar attendance, etc.Discovery:Facilitate consultative workshops & client discovery sessions – develop new solutions to overcome client’s critical business issuesPro-active Insight & Market Trends:Prepare insightful presentations on market trends, and client portfolios to keep the client informed of their position in the market and where they might be able to make improvements. Build positive reputation as knowledgeable advisorsDefinition of pro-active analytics requirements and co-ordination of analytics deliveriesShare industry best practice with respect to solution implementation and optimisation in conjunction with our clients data and solution offeringsPitches & Proposals:Prepare data product and analytical solution pitches to address any identified business issues and demonstrate the value such solutions would deliverInnovation & Strategy:Product development - assist the Product Teams with product strategy, feeding in personal insights, industry best practice, & voice of customer recommendations on future priorities and strategies.Contribute to longer term strategic business planning & product developmentAccountable for the delivery of applicable commercial targets relating to your clients and our clients Credit businessRole Requirements:Experience with credit originations, underwriting, customer management & decisioningExpert knowledge of Credit industry best practice, regulations (CONC, GDPR etc.), regulators (FCA, PRA etc.), innovations & future digital challenges (e.g. frictionless onboarding, Open Banking, AI etc.)Understanding of credit data services, strategies, models, scoring and processes including emerging or new service initiativesUnderstanding of data, demographics and data insights/modelling to aid customer acquisition and retentionAbility to travel regularly within the UK to meet with clients or to attend other TransUnion offices and conferences. *(client and office visits are naturally on hold during the COVID Crisis)Key Skills & Knowledge Required:Minimum of 5 years’ experience within sector/risk management with a proven track recordStrong problem-solving and influencing skillsComfort in pitching credit data services to industry leading clients and senior stakeholdersProven ability to deliver outstanding client satisfactionEntrepreneurial style, drive and sense of urgency, coupled with the ability to work wellindividually and with others as part of a consulting teamExcellent project/task management and ability to work unsupervisedData Science/Analytics background idealWhat’s in it for youYou will be joining a friendly, forward thinking global business.As well as a competitive salary,their benefits package includes 26 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays) a generous contributory pension scheme, private health care and a host of other employee lifestyle benefits.They take Corporate Social Responsibility seriously; their Good Works scheme supports communities around the world by advancing financial inclusion and education.Remote Interview & Hiring ProcessProtecting the health and wellness of our associates and candidates considering a career with them is their highest priority.
